In January, Lifetime Developments and Pinedale Properties launched XO2 Condos, and gave us a look at the interiors planned for the building at King and Dufferin in Toronto’s King West neighbourhood. The Turner Fleischer Architects-designed building is the second phase of the development, and will stand northeast across the intersection from its first phase, XO Condos, which launched in 2019 and is currently under construction. While we’ve previously shared a sneak peek at the interiors of XO2, UrbanToronto recently spoke to Melandro Quilatan, president and co-founder of Tomas Pearce Interior Design Consulting Inc, who gave us a better understanding of the unique spaces that are planned.
