Lifetime Developments, in partnership with Pinedale Properties, has announced XO2 Condos, the second building of its development project in Toronto’s King West neighbourhood. The second phase will stand northeast of the first phase — XO Condos, which launched in 2019 — across both King and Dufferin streets. Designed by Turner Fleischer Architects, XO2 Condos will have a total of 410 suites spread across 19 storeys located at 1182 King Street West.
